Abstract
 
Human resources are the most important resources especially for ground handling company, which is providing services. If customers are not satisfied, because lately the services who gave by the staff they will move on to competitors, and it might be worse for the company. For this problem PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta as a ground handling company try to use part timer staff to help them especially at high season, because at the time the volume of customers who need services higher than low season and staff on duty is not enough. PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta does ten ways to how give the quality services to customers: tangibles, realibility, responsiveness, competence, courtesy, credibility, security, access, communication, and understanding the customer.
