Abstract
 
Nowadays tourism enters  dynamic competition,  environmental change, and well informated people. As a consequence, its quality is important. The main point of this study  is to explore and describe the impression of  tourists about the quality of tourism product. The result of this study showes that there are four factors of those tourists they do travelling, namely; fund, kind of object, se time and reference. Most tourism likes nature tourism, especially mountains  and seaside. The  quality of  tourism product consists of attraction, information, facility, accesibility, human resources, cleanlines, and services. The meaning quality of tourism is not just the product, but it is also the people who live around the object, and stakeholder of tourism.Tourists hope that quality is the responsible of stakeholder of tourism that are  tourist, business tourism, and government.
