Abstract
 
Corporate culture should be seen as the real practices (behaviours) of the member of an organization or company.  It is not merely a slogan, words or wishes. It has a wide coverage as it includes basic assumption, values and artifact.  Its is also very essential as it has a strong influence on the behaviour of the members. Hotel, restaurant and catering business have typical products; therefore, they should adopt certain values, such as service orientation, creativity, responsiveness, customer orientation and cleanliness. As environment is very competitive, it requires all organizations including tourism business to be professionally managed. Corporate culture should be in line with the company strategy in order to support the achievement of the organizational performance. This article discusses the way of identifying corporate values and provides some approaches to manage the horeka to achieve its goals.
